 Chief Dahlman contacted NLCC on September 8th and said he had a package from Lincoln City addressed to CERT.  Upon retrieving the package, the following item was inside:




The float was accompanies by the following letter:


Thanks to everyone who helped the Echo Mountain Complex fires recover from the disaster that happened one year ago.
