Draft Lincoln City Evacuation Plan ..

This plan looks at the potential for different types of events/scenarios which may cause Lincoln City to evacuate. It provides optional routes and processes for managing evacuations. 

It also addresses Tsunami events, Chlorine leaks, and bridge failure alternate routes.
